WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW :

1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION :

• Cancellation is acceptable only if made 72 hours before the date of the occupancy.
  
  
• Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the arrival date will not be refunded.
  
  

2. PETS :

• Pets are required to be on the leash if not trained (groomed) to minimize risks of accidents in the hotel. Otherwise, we require that these animals be caged during the stay in our Hotel.
  
  
• Please note that any accident (bites, etc...) caused by a domestic animal will be the Owner’s responsibility. In the case of bites or any attack, you will be obliged to follow the proper procedures forth by the Health Authorities of the City of Kinshasa and pay the applicable fines.
  
  

3. PARKING SPACES

• The interior parking space is exclusively reserved to our customers. The public and visitors are invited to take advantage on their own risk, of the lots off streets(Elephant or Troppiques).
  
  
• AlthouAlthough this area is very safe, Balis Center will not be held responsible for any damage  incurred while parking off the street.
  
  
• Balis Center does not offer valet parking services. The client is responsible for securing his own vehicle, and Balis Center will not be held responsible for your vehicle.
  
  
• Balis Center does not offer valet services for parking and belongings ( suitcases and others), The client is responsible for securing his own vehicle and belongings. Balis Center will not be held responsible for any damages or lost on your vehicle or belongings.

4. SECURITY AND SAFETY :

• Your safety and protection of your valuable article is our main priority. Therefore, you kindly invited (optional) to talk to one of customer services officer upon your arrival, to immediately take advantage of our Coffers. Biemmad will decline responsibility for any loss incurred for valuables not in our possession.
